I've run this incubator for several hatches with no temp fluctuation at all. I let it sit for the last 2 yrs and in the last 2 months have done 2 hatches. The firs one, no temp change. At the end of the last hatch the temp went down. They had mostly all hatched so I left it till they were done. I have one egg, still alive and I can't get the temp up. I heard you can reset the factory settings. HOW??? I've looked online and can find no info on how to do that. I tried moving up a number, still no temp change. Help!!

I've had something similar with my Hovabator (non-genesis), and I'm being told that it's likely the wafer thermostat. Does the Genesis use a wafer? You may want to look into replacing it. I've been looking at wafers on The Incubator Warehouse website, and they're pretty inexpensive--about $10 plus shipping. The Genesis may be different, though.
