getting ready to build my coop, can't wait!

I live in a duplex in St. Louis, MO. my neighbors will let me put a chicken tractor in their back yard. my friends Greg and Sally will help me build the coop and hatch some americuanas or other laying chicks.
Open to all suggestions and warnings! and also looking for folks to trade chicken sitting with when I have to go to meetings.
