My pullets have just began laying. Almost every egg has had a blood spot in it. I have 12 hens but they aren't all laying yet. Is this just common because they are just starting to lay or is there something i need to do?

Can be more common when first starting to lay...but some of my older birds have them occasionally too. We don't see them in grocery eggs because they are sorted out during quality control.

Usually just a normal 'glitch', tiny blood vessel breaks when ova is released, I pick them out sometimes, sometimes not.

Let my customers know, mine don't seem to mind once they understand it, ask them to take a pic and let me know if there's a lot of them or more blood than just a speck.
