This is Hillary. She is a giant chick at 3 weeks old. I got her with her sisters and they were all the same size upon arrival at 2 days old. But then she started growing at a much faster rate.

She is supposed to be a pullet and seems to feathering out nicely. Can’t see any substantial reddening of her comb. But she is so huge with big legs and feet!

Does this mean Hillary is likely a Henry??

Here are some more recent pictures at 6 weeks. She’s sooooo much larger than my other chickens. Her legs are thick. But otherwise she seems to have pullet features.

Thoughts?

She’s a beautiful pullet! I have a BLRW pullet that has been way ahead of the other 5 chickens in my flock too! She even has a decent rose comb, but at almost 9.5 weeks she’s definitely a pullet, all her saddle feathers are nice and round. Just giant! Her hatch mate is a black laced red and also a pullet but she’s much smaller and has no comb yet at all. So odd how different they can be!
