I've been thinking about taking up riding again...think this'll get me far?

I'd suggest the use of a girth. [IMG] What an interesting color that little bugger is!

He looks sturdy enough to hold you. Just how little is he?

What a pretty pony! I want to hug him and bring him home for DD!

Now how tall are you, RabbitMage? [IMG]

    I'm 5' 6".

Laci there is about 30" tall. Think it'll work out?

    Define "far".

Quote:You could probably do some VERY light riding on him, but not beyond that I'm afraid. It'll be difficult for the both of you to balance. He's about the size of a large goat.

I [IMG] minis! I have a mini mule that is just a couple of inches taller than Laci. Frankly, I think a different sort of "saddle" is called for; one that I hope to introduce my girls to before too much longer. Interesting clip job - does Laci drive?

Quote:I clipped her on a whim one day, and didn't bother to look up how to do a proper Irish/blanket clip, so she has this weird Poodle thing going on now!

She doesn't drive yet, but I'm hoping to get her going as soon as I can get a harness.

The saddle doesn't fit any of my guys, they're all too wide for it. I might try taking out the flocking and see if that helps, but it's mostly just for fun. It was on sale at the tack store for $25, I couldn't say no.

Do you realize that horse is 4 inches shorter than my dog? [IMG]
