Has anyone ever made a single reference for all the different breeds in that uncertian time- teens? If not, would anyone like to help me start one? [IMG]

Yes in a way. It would be the different breeds, a girl and a boy, at various ages if possible. And it wouldn't be lots of links either, just one solid reference.

I think some members were attempting to collect pictures from chick to adult, both genders, many breeds, for some sort of reference chart or page for BYC. I can't remember who it was because this was back in July or August. I haven't heard much about this project lately...maybe it fell by the wayside?

Well then it's settled. So far we have no roos, thank goodness, but who wants to chip in?

http://www.feathersite.com/Poultry/BRKPoultryPage.html has photos of many breeds, through various ages, both genders, and usually at the bottom there will pics of chicks. I've found it to be a helpful reference, but I've never found anything that shows all breeds.

This chart has links to many sites, and several have good photos of the breeds.
    http://www.ithaca.edu/staff/jhenderson/chooks/chooks.html

Neither site has photos specifically to help ID the gender of your birds, but I've learned a lot on both sites.

Hope this is helpful to you.
