Hello all 
I am originally from a city where the only pets I saw around were cats and dogs. When I moved to be with my boyfriend who lives in a more rural area, we accidentally adopted a pair of chickens that were coming around our house. I fell in love with them--chickens are so cute!!
Sadly, dogs killed my first two chickens
So I adopted 4 more chickens on purpose, 3 hens and a rooster. I don't know what breeds they all are, but my black hen lays green eggs! I was super excited about it.
Now I want to learn more about my chickens and how to keep them happy chickens. Nice to meet you all!
