WHAT [IMG] - you did not shovel paths for them? [IMG] [IMG]

My gangs will not leave their coops unless they have a path shoveled for them.

    Darla is adorable!

My FAV photo - looks like Lucy is sure that the flamingo has lost it's tiny mind - all covered in snow and up to its feather pits in the snow bank. [IMG]

Love the Easter Egger, almost looks like someone tried making a sex-linked EE. [IMG]

We also just got our first snow today, but, well, it's just snow falling for about an hour, making the tiniest dusting one can imagine.

Before I got chickens, a family friend told my brother an I that we could each name one of the new pullets and call it our own, though we couldn't take it home. My brother named his Calvin, after Calvin and Hobbes! I told him that it was probably a female, but he didn't care. Calvin remained Calvin.
