    They rushed the gate when I went to let the adult hens out to free range. THey pretty much ran over a couple ducks to slow to get out of their way. So I guess they're old enough to be out too. The cat thought they looked tasty and was slinking up to them when they suddenly rushed him enmasse. He wisely chose to runaway very fast. [​IMG]

    The leghorns resemble my Ancona. Where di you get the Norweigian chicks from? They are gorgeous. I want one!

    Quote:There's an Ancona in that in the lot too. I got them all from Ideal. There's also a Catalana and 1 maybe 2 Buckeyes. My only grumble is one of the Buckeyes is either terrible breeding , below even Hatchery quality or she's something else, maybe RIR, but smallish even for them.
