Is there someplace online where I can purchase the oral medication for gleet?

I'm at the end of my rope with these two and have nearly exhausted all my ideas. So far we've done Epsom salt soaks, keifer, oregano, garlic, apple cider vinegar, etc... These two do not seem to be improving and it's been a week now.

Sure would appreciate anymore ideas as well.

You may want to apply some anti-fungal cream like those used for athlete’s feet twice daily to the vent area for 14 days as well.
