GLW - cockerel or pullet?

Good morning!!
I have a 7-ish week old Gold Laced Wyandotte that was sold as a pullet, but her comb is coming in pretty red and it’s making me nervous. What do you think?

Um, I'd say there's a possibility it's a fast maturing female. But, it will become more apparent soon. Watch the saddle feathers. If they come in long and narrow, that is a male trait.

Pullet. A cockerel should have solid gold wing bars "non laced feathers on his upper wing" at this age.
