I would say pullet, but think you will need some more time to tell. I have a Black with a white crest Polish and she looked like this around her age.

Way to young to be concerned of the color of the waddle or comb. Give it some more time to come in.

Ehhh....I"m still leaning toward cockerel, but far from positive. the wild, spiky "do says male, but there's not much comb or wattle, and it looks too young for sex feathers.

Maybe post again in a month or so? And of course, if it crows in the meantime, well, there's your answer
