I went for a walk around our pond today and couldn't help noticing all of the beautiful "weeds" that were growing everywhere. Most were simply grass but each divinly different. I gathered a few of my favorites and made an arrangement.

    Just thought I would share.

There's God's handiwork all around if we just stop and take notice. The purple flowers reminded me of the line from the book "The Color Purple" - goes something like this...."....it pisses God off if you walk past the color purple in a field and don't notice it...."

Don't tell the hummingbird in my yard every summer that the honeysuckle is actually a weed.

But do tell my RIR that the hummingbird is NOT a large moth to be chased, caught, and summarily eaten (she didn't catch it, but sure tried). [IMG]
