Our chickens' coop is almost done ( [IMG] ) and if all goes well, tonight is their last night inside.

Tonight I was painting the coop & my new little banty came to watch me. For the 2nd night in a row she jumped up to my shoulder & settled in after picking at my hair. [IMG] This is her 2nd evening in a row doing this and I suspect that it's her roosting behavior. Who knew banty cochins were such little snuggle bugs? Last night she was sitting on my lap & my cat decided to join her. The 2 shared my lap for 30+ minutes! What sweeties!

I walked into my laundry room to find my 3 standards had gone in to roost on the laundry sorter. [IMG] Somehow they managed to poop all over the rug inside the laundry room but not a single poo in the laundry itself. Silly girls.
