Gold Copper Marans, anyone know what i have?

I got these two little guys from a local breeder, and i know it is too early too tell, but the two were enough different in coloring that i though i would see...can you tell if i have a boy and a girl by how they look now? i have never owned this breed so any info would appreciated. Thanks!

Chick 1, he is darker on the wings and lighter/white on the fuzz, he is beautiful

Chick 1 actually doesn't have extra toes, though in the pic it does look like he does. They shouldn't be mixes, though there is a possibility i got the wrong chick on accident. They came from a breeder, and i saw the parents, which are show birds. Oh, and i accidentaly said they were gold copper marans, but they are actually gold cuckoo marans. I was just curious to see if the drastically different coloring means they are different genders.

Agree those aren't gold cuckoo Marans. You need to contact the breeder and get a refund.
