Gold Wyandotte...rooster???

Help! We have a 10-12 week old Gold Laced Wyandotte. We are so new at this...boy or girl?

He's a cockerel - already showing pointy saddle feathers in addition to the comb and wattle development.

What a bummer!! We are not supposed to have a rooster in our area. Are they all really loud at sunrise? What do we do now?

Cockerel. Well, yah most are noisy at sunrise but generally sound off during the day as well.
