Golden Comet/ Buff Orpington Cross

Has anyone ever crossed the Buff to a Golden? I was wondering how they would be for meat birds. I was hoping the Buff would put some size to them. I just hatched out 6 from this cross hoping to use them as a meat bird.

I crossed a hatchery buff Cochin to my red sex links. He looks similar to a buff Orpington except feather legged. They look meatier but the true test will be next week when I process them at 20 weeks old. I have processed several RIR and Barred Rocks so it will be interesting to see if the Cochin gave some more size or just fluff.
