Golden Comet Pullet?

Here is my 11 week old Golden Comet chick Shilo (see pic).
A few of my Golden Comets have seemed a little "rooster-y" to me, but I am no expert. Shilo, however, is noticeably lighter colored than the others, has a much longer neck, her back toe is larger/longer, and her comb and wattle have been more developed than the others.

I've also attached a picture from last night comparing one of the others with Shilo.

If your bird is truly a Golden Comet, then it has to be female as males are white. It is a sex linked hybrid.
Also at 11 weeks, the comb would be significantly larger.

If he were male the back half would be white and he would be lighter than the others in the flock, as @chickentender03 described. He is a male

I have to disagree. This is a male Golden Comet.

Females are golden with white under feathers. Their shades can vary quite a bit, but the males are mostly white. As chicks the males are yellow and the females are golden/buff.
