So, Golden comets are sex link chickens and we asked for a female. The males end up being white and the females tanish/brown. Our pullet's wings are white, but she seems to be growing brown feathers around her neck. Will the wings also change? She's 1/2 feathered right now, so do i have to wait for her to completely be feathered? Also, her comb seems quite large...4

    Would a picture help?

Awwww [IMG] That brings me way back! You have yourself a little adorable girl.

Comets have white primaries, and since those are the first things that grow in, it confuses a lot of people. You'll get the red feathers later as they grow their body feathers.

You'll love your little girl, she'll lay like crazy at about 17 weeks!

Our two looked just like that and now they have lots of red w/ some white streaking. I asked almost the same exact question when they were about your chicks' size.
