Thanks for your help you provided!
I woke up this morning, and he was alive!
But the weird thing is, he is perfectly normal!
His neck doesn't fall to the earth anymore, he isn't drowsy or uncoordinated, and is eating a ton!
He must have eaten something that didn't agree with him.
Everything pointed to Botulism, especially with his limberneck.
Except I do not have experience with a chick acting like that, and then the next morning, he is normal...
Nonetheless, I am keeping a very close eye on him and the others.

What!!! Holy cow! Well, I mean that's great news, but how weird, haha! I am SO happy to hear that he's doing well today, woohoo!!!

Thanks! Me too! I just love the rooster's coloring, and he is such a sweet little guy. I am not sure what exactly happened since he kicked back so soon, but he is looking great now. He doesn't really run away now, though, and hardly makes a peep when we pick him up. I'm glad it wasn't a disease(couldn't possibly be it?), partly because I have 45 chickens and a parrot, so it would've been a disaster.
