golden laced wyandotte is significantly behind in growth

I have 8 chicks and all are around 3 weeks old. My 2 rhode island reds are a week older and have feathers and beautifully awkward but my one golden laced wyandotte has barely grown at all and has only sprouted a few centimeters of wing feathers. She eats, is active, drinks, etc..
Is there something I s hold be doing for her or is it common for chicks to have a spurt of growth if they are behind?
They get rooster booster vitamin, electrolyte, lacto baccilicus in their water and medicated feed.
