Golden laced Wyandottes

I have 4 GLW hens and one rooster. He has not started mating yet and the hens haven't started laying at 22 weeks. Should I be concerned? The other half of my flock is buff orpingtons and started laying 3 weeks ago.

Kind of surprised he hasn't tried to mate yet....but average onset of lay is 18-26 weeks, and Wyandottes can be slower to mature, so I'd not worry.
