Golden Silvered Cochin chicken keeps on gulping

My 1 month old Cochin chicken looks like she is having problems. She was fine roaming around with her friends. I went to check up on them and saw that she was looking a bit sick (?). I brought her inside and she keeps on gulping or trying to swallow something? I tried to give her water, but she wasn't interested. I've never seen her pose so weirdly (picture). She is looking much worse. I've been massaging her neck to see if that helps. Here's a picture. I don't know how to post a video. Sorry for the bad camera quality.

Feel her crop (food bag located on the front of her chest) is it hard or squishy?

If it is hard, you may be dealing with an impacted crop which will need to be treated immediately.

Feel her crop. If it is hard if feels full of mushy liquid they she has a crop problem.
