Hope yall are doing good. my 9 rirs are 6 days old my problem is one of my girls is have the size as the others. she is not as active and she sleeps more then the others. she seem to be eating ok but not shure about the drinking water part. should i sperate her from the others and monitor her food and water intake for a brief amount of time the put her back in with the herd?

I had/have the same problem with one of my 2.5 wk old BRs. I just take him out a couple times a day and let him eat and drink in a smaller "brooder" so that I can make sure he's eating and drinking. I watched him with the other chicks and they were pushing him away from the feeder. I keep him with everybody else, just separate him a few times so he can eat in peace! After one day of doing that, he perked right up!

I had a post on here and some people said to feed him mashed hard boiled egg yolk with the feed- I just haven't gotten to it yet....

I would just keep an eye on her for now. She may catch up. Just make sure the others aren't bullying her...
