Good breeder in Western WA?

Hi,!
I live in Western WA.Can anybody share your experience with local breeders and give me a good lead?
I would better prefer to get my chicks from a reputable breeder than from the hatchery. But I am new to this so I need your advice, please!

heritage ONLY. AND DOCILE. I am going to do it FOR THE FIRST TIME. I want dual purpose- probably Austarlop, may be Buckeye
