good deal?

well, i dont know in specific on this breed, but i have slow growing cornish meaties on their way here as we speak, and they were 1.93$ each for straight run from a hatchery. the cost doesnt sound too bad to me....

I have a pair of these and I love them. I think the price is good too.

We got them for meat birds and they were so tame, that we had to name them and love them.
The breeder that we got them from says that they have a longer life span, and the hens grow up and will lay huge double yolkers.
The roo is really healthy but the hen did have leg problems as she grew, nothing big, would just lay down a lot. She grew into them and is fine now.

The roo that we picked out as a chick is 3-4 months old and is the same size as my adult White Rock. They are huuuge..

Think they are orig European........... and GREAT foragers!

Sometimes they are called red bros...let me find you a link
