I have a golden laced polish crested pullet who is about 24 weeks old that I need to find a good home for. I got her with the other 10 pullets (of varying breeds ) at 18 weeks, and she was bald over most of her body so we separated her within the run and she has grown back all of her feathers. I tried to reintroduce her today and the other chickens started to peck her again so I am at a loss for how to keep her. She has a leg deformity which prevents her from running away. I am looking for a home where she will be safe and well cared for. If you are interested, please contact me and I can email you a picture. I am in MA and will not ship.
Thank you,
Roz

Hi Roz,
Is she vaccinated for Marek's? I'd be happy to provide a comfortable home, but my flock is Marek's exposed/resistant and I will only take birds who are vaccinated to avoid that unhappy fate.
