I am going to be incubating in maybe a couple of months and I wanted to know what breeds produce nice hybrid offspring. Because right now I have Ameracaunas and RIR, so has anyone crossbred them before? [IMG]

I thought that if an ameraucana crossbred with any other breed that would make it an EE...?

youll get an EE that lays green eggs but some should hold onto the productivity of the RIR

green eggs because the blue egg gene is color dominant but if crossed with a brown egg layer (your RIR) then there is co-dominance which will get you the green egg color
