Good news for Bexley Ohio residents

Saw this on 10tv last night, but of course there is no mention of it on their website. Anyway, Bexley city council is deliberating allowing residents to keep a small flock of backyard chickens for eggs. There were no objectors at the city council meeting. Decision is not final but right now it looks favorable. I hope it passes.

The meeting last night was a big success! I think this is going to go very smoothly. There's still the drafting of the ordinance and three "public readings" to go -- but I'm very optimistic.
