Hi! Try looking here: BYC Auction / For Sale.
Or post in the Wanted To Buy section here .
Good luck, there are lots of fabulous egg sellers right here.
Murray Mcmurray is a great hatchery. I was satisfied with my order. I recived turkeys, chickens, and guineas. All healthy and none died.Good luck finding a place.
Check out Gabbard Farms Eggs. I haven't used them but I've heard great things about them on this website.
What kind are you looking for? I have some bearded buff silkie eggs for sale in the Crazy 24 Hour Auction thread. $25 buy it now includes shipping for 6+.
It is best to buy eggs from a breeder who lives the closest to you. The less travel time, the better hatch you will have. My best hatch with shipped eggs were the ones I bought from a breeder in my own state. I can recommend Pips and Peeps in Washington state (BYC member) since I just bought Wheaten/Blue Wheaten Ameraucana eggs from her and shipping was fast, eggs packed well, fresh and of good quality! She sells her eggs on BidBirdAuction.com.
Quote:X2 I just had a 100% hatch with some silkies I got close by me.
we are looking for a mixed dozen, no silkies or banties.
I would like to have some olive eggers, blue eggers, a barnevelder, maybe a lavender, large colorful chickens.
We live in VA and have a small (12) flock of hens that are free range.
feel free to email me if you can help me out. [email protected]
Ill check out all those links.
Quote:Since you are in VA, I must mention that VA requires eggs sellers that ship to the state undergo additional testing requirements. Contact your local extension service or state vet office for more info on those requirements.
