With your avator, I didn't think you'd be posting ham recipes....This one looks yummy, I'm going to try with some of our home grown sweet taters!

Thanks and have a blessed evening!

Hammie is on his best behavior because he knows that i looove pork. [IMG]

We just had this for dinner..it was pretty good! I also added sauteed onions and mushrooms to the hash brown layer... and i seasoned the hash browns because they are pretty bland..
I also added more flavor to the cheese sauce... pepper and seasoned salt and italian seasoning.

I'm so relieved that Hammie's OK! [IMG]

I'm calling dibs on any leftovers.

Imp-Thinking ham and bean casserole for dinner myself, course that won't be for a few hours yet.

P.S. My 11 y.o. wants to raise one, because she loves pork, this is the same girl that names the birds, and says "if it crows it goes" [IMG]

Google is my best friend, so just for fun I googled:

    invisible pig image

    Got 4 pix

A dog in a pig costume
    A pig
    An empty pig racing track

    and

A woman????? What's that all about?

Imp-Seriously thinking its time for a new hobby.
