Goose eating dirt

I have a young tufted buff goose that I recently realized likes to eat dirt.
She is about 5 months old, has 8 other geese she lives with, fresh food and water access 24/7.
She will scoop up dirt and eat it. Is there a reason for this? Maybe some sort of nutrient deficiency? I haven't seen any of the other geese doing it, just this one.
