I purchased my geese in June. They had 2 breeds at the feed store, American Buff and ... well I can't remember.. I will be contacting them later this week to see what the other breed was. I picked out 2 geese from the brooder with the sign American Buff. Obviously they are not both American Buffs. I am currently thinking the other Breed was Pilgrim. I'll add info about each of them with their pictures. They are about 10weeks old.

Delta:
Not very Vocal
Low pitched Voice
Calm
Extremely Friendly
(In my Opinion: American Buff Goose)

Dawn:
Very Vocal
High Pitched Voice
Not a fan of being handled
Constantly Moving
(In my opinion: Pilgrim Gander)

Obviously, they are pretty young yet. So this may be to young to tell, first time Goose mom. Thanks for your help!

Anyone know where their name theme came from? I'll be very surprised if you do!

Delta Dawn, what's that flower you have on.

They're a little young to tell gender yet, but you'll be able to tell by their behavior. A gander tends to walk more upright and proud, with his beak stuck up in the air. He will also put himself between females and anything new or that he perceives as a possible threat.

Females walk more with their heads and necks tucked down.

When they get old enough, there are some slight visual differences too. A goose's undercarriage hangs lower than a gander's.
