I was wondering if anyone has had this problem. About a week ago I noticed our 4.5 month old pilgrim x embden had a problem with her feet. The inside toe on each foot was stuck down. When I first noticed it, I could just click them back into place but now they're very stiff to move and they feel like they're grinding. I went and saw the vet and they have no idea. So has anyone else had a problem like this? I'm very worried

I haven't heard of it before, is it causing her problems walking? I hope someone will be able to give you some advise to help her.. [IMG]

I've never heard of it either. How about posting on the duck forum - maybe some duck people know what it is / what to do?

I'm sorry to see no one has responded, that can help but you might try getting some Poultry nutri drench they have it at TSC or you can order it online. you can add it to the drinking water it is great stuff you never know it just may help..

I would put "shoes" on the goose to encourage proper allignment.

Thanks everyone! I was thinking of some shoes, but I have no idea where to get any! Indoorducks.com isn't making things anymore, so I just don't know

I just scrolled down a ways on the link I just gave you and there is a section on curled toes, and it talks about vitamin deff. so yes i think you will get some help from this link.
