Got an assortment of pullets from TSC about 6 weeks ago...what are they?!

    The little black bantams are the most loveable, even more than my buff orps! The others are all super scary, especially the white and black and white chicks. Thank y'all so much for your wisdom!

    ...and I agree the top white birds are likely White Leghorn...if the earlobe stays white, they are that. If red earlobe, then White Rock.

    I am thinking your little black chick may be a Black Sumatra (hatchery quality)...wings don't look long enough for a OEGB to me...the little game chicks have to grow into their wings...time will tell.

  7. Where is ur tractor supply located? I can prolly tell u what hatchery since I'm a manager for TSC

    The other little black bantam (we got two) has very long wings.
    And these guys look to have single combs...

    Got them from the TSC in Palestine, TX.
     
  9. More than likely privett hatchery in New Mexico then. We didn't order any from the hatchery in Texas this year. The whole south west TSCs should be supplied by Privett now

    I agree with Wyandottes7's guesses. I'm not sure what your mottled black/white bird is, unless it is an Easter Egger.
