Yesterday I cut the fluff in my flock and sold 16 birds including my ducks. I am down now to 29 adult birds instead of 45. This should help the feed bill for a bit while I build back up. [IMG]

It also allowed me to separate all my chickens back into their breeding pens. So, I now have a Splash Orp separated with Black Orp pullets and one Black Orp hen to produce blues and the Buff Orps separated as well.

Quote:Well... I did sell off my silkies and d'uccles, along with my project culls. My EE rooster went too and the YUCKS as well.

I have a flock full of REAL chickens again (except my wife's lone Polish- I'm not sure if that can be considered a real chicken).
