got first egg yesterday- today- nada- is that normal?

I got my first egg yesterday- hip hip hooray!!

then today nada...nothing..zero...zilch

is that normal??
I have 6 pullets and the SLW laid her first egg yesterday - today all the girls took turns in the nest kicking around but no eggs

Same thing happened to me. 5 hens, 1 egg yesterday. Today, 4--only 2 with shells.
