Where do you place your thermometer and at what temperature? When I set the thermostat to read 100 at the thermometer (hole by fan on top shelf) the temp on the egg trays are 98.5 to 99. Is this normal? My fan works and the top and bottom vent hole is open. I never could figure out why they place the thermometer on top shelf by the fan and heating element. Instructions say 100 at thermometer location?
