I've tried a lot of different recipes - including the frankenhouser and fiasco farm but I'm in love with this new recipe set as it allows you to do minor adapts and have basi cheese, cottage cheese, ricotta etc and has no long cooking/stirring and no rennet and it produces more cheese than I've ever had before!
