green and white stool.

my 3yr aseel cock had green and white stool for 15 days, stool was solid later on it was watery and sticky, i gave him ceftrixone 250mg inj once daily for 5 day he recover. he is crowing , roaming but his stool color is slight greenish and white. does he has stll infection. i had given high antibiotic for bacteria infection. now giving liv52 for liver correctives and probiotic. pls suggest accurate therapy and etiology and treatment for the disease. thank you,regards.
