I currently have two anconas who appear to each have green earlobes. It’s a minty green so I’m not sure if it’s natural or do they both have an infection? This is the best photo I can get of it

Interesting.

Ive recently been looking into earlobe color genetics, i havent run in to green being an option. But there is blue white red and even yellow is a possiblility. The genetics for earlobe color adent fully figured out yet. But i imagine it could be possible to get green.

Anconas normally have white earlobes, but the two I had would turn yellow in the summer before they molted. Another BYCer in California had some type of leghorn that did that. Anconas are closely related to leghorns. The exchequer leghorn looks just like them. So I would just watch throughout the year to see if the go back to white.
