Hi. Went to the hen house to collect eggs today and, WOW, a Green Egg!!! Was it the spinach treat yesterday? This is Belinda's egg. She's an experienced egg layer and it's her first green one;.)

Do you have Easter Egger pullets? They can lay green, blue or pinkish eggs. [IMG]

Easter eggers or perhaps a hatchery quality ameraucana would lay green eggs.

Quote:Generally, once a pullet lays one color, she keeps laying that color... you have any other pullets that may have just started laying?

Congrats! I loved getting the different colored eggs when my step-dad worked at a nursery and used to take care of their chickens.
