Are there any mutations or breeds developed with using green peafowl, like the Java Green or Burmese?

No, none have been found yet, only way has been to use mutation of the blues. Then they are called spalding, some been around for a long time like whites. Some have been bred so many times with greens that you can find ones that are 31/32 green, but white in color. or even 63/64
