8 Month old chicken started losing weight and then woke up one day unable to put weight on one leg. She had mites so we treated her for that. She's eating well and drinking well. It's been a week in quarantine (dog kennel in garage) and she doesn't seem any better nor worse. Her poop is green though. We are giving her nutridrench and b vitamins. What could this be?

That poop looks like green grass or other greens have been eaten by the chicken. Starvation poop is usually watery white with green chunks.

The lameness can be a symptom of lymphoid leucosis, Marek's, toxic pesticide or petroleum distillates poisoning, mold toxins, riboflavin deficiency, and insect toxin. You might think hard about these sources. It took me three days to identify a leaking machine as a source of posioning in my flock that was causing lameness. I've also had lameness from lymphoid leucosis.

If none of the above seems likely, continue with the B-vitamins and give it four weeks to see if there is any improvement.
