Green Queen or King?

Got this Green Queen sexed as a pullet, but I'm having doubts lately. Coming up on 14 weeks old, no hackle or saddle feathers yet, but it's bigger and the comb is much brighter than any of the others.

Pullet, you'd be seeing the male specific feathers by now. Pretty bird!
