Green Runners??

Hello everybody! Has anyone gotten green (I mean G-R-E-E-N!!) runners before? I bought some ducklings through the mail a year ago and they have produced a couple clutches since then. The ones that were hatched in May are all green. The males are super-duper green (or super blue, or super purple in some light). The females also have this same coloring but to a lesser degree. Their momma was black and their daddy grey. Is this unusual??

That's not unusual when dealing with black birds. Would love to see pictures of these beauties though!

Oh, okay. I didn't know since the three original black females that I bought last year are still just black. I thought that I'd created a mutant strain! LOL. Thanks for the input. I wish I had a camera to take pictures. A video camera would be even better, because when they are moving around in the sunlight it is a spectacular sight to see!!
