Green skin in my turkey

Hi, I went out today and my male turkey has green skin, thick black stuff on his skin, and nat's flying on his skin.yesterday his skin was fine. I'm worried about him. Any help would be great

I am incubating bobwhite and coturnix quail eggs. It is taking up to 24-25 days for the coturnix to hatch and up to 28 days for the bobwhite. This is much longer than the 18 and 23 days listed on most sites. Is this normal?
