Looks like I'm going to be stuck with many pounds of green tomatoes this year. I had such a lovely crop of beautiful tomatoes last year, but this is a complete bust. Even my early ripening tomatoes are green and it's starting to cool down a lot. So what can I make? Does anyone have a suggestion or a recipe for green tomatoes. Yup, we've had fried green tomatoes already. LOL I was thinking I could make some kind of relish and can it?
