Green watery poop

This hen has been pecked on for some time. Have her separated from the other three. (As you can see she has lots of feathers coming in) I noticed that she has this green liquid poop and she’s not laying. I had been out of town and adult kids had been watching the hens for me. Could this be from stress or does it look like and illness? I think she had kept herself from eating and drinking just to keep them from being pecked on. I just added probiotics and electrolytes to her water. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

She's growing in new feathers from getting plucked, but it also looks like she's molting too.
Hens that are in molt or sometimes recovering from malnutrition and/or stress usually go of lay.

The poop is not normal, it's bile. How long has she been separated?

I would offer her normal feed along with the probiotics and electrolytes. Do make plain water available too.
Make sure her crop is emptying overnight too.
Let's see what her overnight droppings look like. She may just really be stressed and needs to settle.

Tomorrow will be a week that she’s been separated. She is starting to act normal again. I will keep up with the electrolytes and probiotics and regular water. I’m keeping her in a large dog kennel at night in my garage right now till her feathers come in good so I keep it cleaned out while she’s outside during the day. Thank you for your response! I have looked everywhere for an explanation of that poo!
