it looks like they are chicken friendly since it says permaculture.Which use animals as part of the system.

Chicken friendly but not rooster friendly. They have a rule about noise that includes frequency and pitch.

Always sounds wonderful on the surface, but then again, you have the HOA telling you how to manage your life! I guess for some that is ok, just not for me.

As for shared pasture and such, it will be good as long as everyones horses or whatever get along....first giant vet bill may get someone angry and there will not be much they can do about it except move!
